Hello, I have a comment on Infoset Sept 15 draft at http://www.w3.org/XML/Group/1999/09/WD-xml-infoset-19990915.html. In Section 2, namespace declaration information items are marked as "required." However, in the example in Section 3, the two namespace declaration information items are missing. It should be either that namespace declaration information items are optional or that the example has the two namespace declaration information items. Considering that namespace prefixes are irrelevant to most applications, I prefer that namespace declaration information items are optional.
