This is a quick note to announce support for compound requests with
inner asynchronous requests.

As regards interop test case T12, the final result of an inner
asynchronous request will be produced either after receiving the first
StatusRequest or after a configurable maximum delay (currently 15
minutes) whichever occurs first. This behaviour is consistent with T7.
