XKMS 2.0 Test Tool

Per my action item, I present a test tool at
        http://soapclient.com/xkmstest.html

This is an on-line test tool that sends XKMS 2.0 requests to an arbitrary XKMS service provider. The results are then validated using XPath expressions and through an XML schema validator. Both request messages and responses messages are captured for review and examination.

The tool can be used by implementers to test their XKMS services using the standard test cases defined by the work group. It can also be used by anyone who wishes to test and verify a server implementation without single line of coding.

There are three groups of tests on the page. The first group covers all standard XKISS tests (T1 to T11, don't know how to do T12 yet.). The tests can be exercised either individually or as a whole in sequential order. The results are displayed on the next page. The second group covers the newly proposed XKRSS test cases. As the test cases are not finalized yet, This portion may be changed sometime soon.

The last group has a set of test cases we have been using to verify our build, and it proves to be very useful. It is more flexible and covers some situations that are not defined in the standard tests, such as state change verification, as Stephen suggested, and DSA key registrations.

As always, your comments or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Yunhao
