I agree that we should change this.  I would like to request Jose to open this as an issue in the issue list and I will need help from Tommy or Roland or someone to generate the example with bob@example.com as the value and pass that information to me so that I can update the specification.

This reflects the value that is in the certificates. However, the
best practice[1] is to use example.something (e.g., example.com,
example.org,...) rather than bobcorp.test. 

So my proposal is that we modify the examples so that they follow
the best practice. However, this may require rebuilding the certificate,
it it's a valid example.
