Re: updated test collection

Hi all,

I've sync'ed the wbs test form with Guillermo's modifications.

I didn't erase previous test answers, but people are expected to
go thru them again and update the answers. Those who don't will be
caught by the date of modification :)

Tommy, I listed your server as the one that implements everything
(compound statements, XKRSS, and optional ones).

Yunhao, I listed your server as implementing all the XKRSS tests.
Please correct me if I was wrong.

Please tell me if there are other servers implementing the compound
and optional tests. For the compound tests, I think that all the servers
are implementing it, but am not sure.
