updated test collection

Hi all,

AI: Guillermo and Tommy fill in the "messages" sections
(fragments/templates) for the new tests in the test spec. Due by 17th.

Those are at [1]. 

Also applied Yunhao's suggestions for asynchronous tests
(XKISS-T[7,8,11,12] and XKRSS-T[8,9,12,13]). 

Still missing the last test (involving string2key algorithm).

Any comments are welcome.
