Typos: {*}Id and {*}ID

Just noticed a small, but oft-repeated, typo in the XKMS spec.  In the
examples (and schema), attribute names are named "{*}Id" but in the
description are shown as "{*}ID"; for example "ID" rather than "Id", and
"ResponseID" rather than "ResponseId".
