New Introduction

(An update from my original introduction [1].)

I'm Frederick Hirsch and am a Technology Architect at Nokia Mobile Phones.  I have worked with web technologies, 
XML security and networking systems  for a number of years. I am interested in the use of open standards to enable wireless and mobile web services.

I currently co-edit the XML Key Management Requirements draft with Mike Just.

Art Barstow, the Nokia W3C Advisory Committee representative, has submitted to the W3C and the
XKMS editors the W3C XKMS Charter call for review form. This outlines the Nokia agreement regarding my
participation, the charter, and patents.  I believe this is consistent with the WG contributor policy [2].
