As discussed previously (though not yet raised formally in the WG) I'd like many of the enumerated values to be something other than string: KeyUsage, AssertionStatus, and Result, Reason, etc. I've requested URIs but consider namespace qualified names reasonable. This would abide by the SOAP 1.2 design [1].
