RE: 2.0 Draft 7

Ack....

Forgot to mention one important addition. I took the liberty of specifying
an SRV record label to allow XKMS services to be announced in the DNS
system. The rationale for ding this is discussed in the text.

Also it appears that two of the #@$^*#(^* figures have disappeared. This was
due to 'issues' with the frontpage VML not being XML compliant... I will
replace these soon.
