2.0 Draft 7

Here is the latest draft.

I went through the meeting minutes and made the changes listed.

The other major change is that the schema is now included into the text
automatically so problems with synchronising the draft and schema should
have been eliminated.

I swapped section 2 and 3 since it is more logical that way.

I did not manage to get my code going to generate new examples.

I did however make one minor change to the schema while writing the code, I
changed Private to PrivateKey in order to avoid C# reserved name conflicts.
