WSDL 2.0 is PR!

After 5 and a half years, it is finally my privilege to announce that WSDL
2.0 is in Proposed Recommendation!

The short PR period might even allow us to reach Rec before our charter
expires on June 30th.

 

Congrats to everyone for all the hard work getting here, especially to
Philippe for managing the document publication process.  Hopefully he'll
only suffer one more round of that!

 

An action item for everyone: hit up your respective AC reps to file positive
votes on WSDL 2.0!
