Meeting records list still in 2004...

On the front page of the web site, under "Meeting records"
(http://www.w3.org/2002/ws/desc/#records), the first two meetings for 2005
are listed as 2004-01-06 and 2004-01-13 - looks like the code that generates
those entries needs an update.
