Comments on Primer

David and Kevin,

The Primer is looking good. 

I noticed a few small errors:

1. In 2.3.1, the description of the targetNamespace attributes should say 
".... checkAvailability and checkAvailabilityResponse ..."

2. In 7.16.3 you should replace  http://tempuri.org by http://example.org 
since that is specified by an RFC.

3. Throughout, replace Qname by QName.
