Issue 262 (Value of contentType and the range specified by expectedMediaType) Proposed Resolution

It seems to us that the normative reference to RFC2616 may be sufficient
to resolve LC262 [1].

We propose the following change from:

{The value of the contentType attribute, if present, SHOULD be within
the range specified by the expectedMediaType annotation attribute, if
specified in the schema.
}

To:

{The value of the contentType attribute, if present, SHOULD be within
the range specified by the expectedMediaType annotation attribute, if
specified in the schema. Refer to 14.1 [RFC2616] on how to interpret
media type ranges that may be defined with respect to actual content.
}
