Subject
WSDL Media type registration

I am again working on the WSDL 2.0 media type registration, and it looks
like Part 1 appendix A[1] needs some editorial updates:

1. An editor's note says:
[[
the WG has not reached consensus on whether to use "text/xml",
"text/wsdl+xml" or "application/wsdl+xml"
]]
The media type should be "application/wsdl+xml", and the editor's note
should be removed. (Decided 30-Sep-2004
http://www.w3.org/2004/09/30-ws-desc-minutes.html#item05 )

2. Under "Published Specifications" it says "This document and [WSDL 2.0
Bindings].". Shouldn't it also mention part 2?

3. Under "File extension" it says "WSDL documents are not required or
expected to be stored as files.". This should be changed to specify
"wsdl" as the file extension.

4. Under "Macintosh File Type code" it says "TEXT". This should be
changed to "WSDL". (Decided 30-Sep-2004
http://www.w3.org/2004/09/30-ws-desc-minutes.html#item05 )

5. "Person and email address to contact for further information" needs
to be filled in. It should be
"World Wide Web Consortium <web-human@w3.org>".
