Example of Z Notation in WSDL 2.0 Component Model Spec

In fulfillment of my action item I have created an example of the WSDL 2.0 
Component Model spec using Z Notation. I copied the spec to wsdl20-z.xml 
to avoid interference with the editor's copy.
