7.  Issue 32: Support for SOAP 1.1 [.1].
  - Omitting from FTF agenda.

General support for this.  We discussed how best to accomplish this, as it really is a charter question for the AC to decide.  DaveO will send a sample of his AC comments to the list, other may choose to echo them.  The AC and the team will tell us whether we should take on this deliverable.
