Jeff,

I think @targetResource is similar in concept to the ultimate receiver in 
the SOAP processing model. However, the ultimate receiver might still be a 
piece of the processing machinery as opposed to identifying the resource 
associated with the service.

Does the value of wsdl:definitions/wsdl:service/@targetResource relate to 
the SOAP 1.2 @role?
