We have publication listed on our agenda[1] this week, under 4.1(d). To help us with this agenda item, I've produced a list of the differences in Part 1 between the WD we recently published[11] and the current revision of the editor's copy[12,13]. 1. The text: "The target namespace represents an unambiguous name for the intended semantics of the WSDL Infoset. The targetNamespace URI SHOULD point to a human or machine processable document that directly or indirectly defines the semantics of the WSDL Infoset." was added to section 2.1.2[1,2] reflecting our decision back in October to say something about WSDL semantics. 2. Various changes related to operation names were made, as detailed in[3,4] 3. Appendix C was added as per our resolution to R120[5,6] 4. The text in[7,8] that previously read: "Identical to that of <attval>application/xml</attval> as described in [RFC 3023], section 5." was changed to "Either a syntax identical to that of <attval>application/xml</attval> as described in [RFC 3023] section 5, or the syntax defined in C.2 Fragment Identifiers." 5. The name attribute on <wsdl:input/>, <wsdl:output/> and <wsdl:fault/> in <wsdl:operation> was made optional[9,10]. It was listed as being mandatory, which was an editorial error.
