RE: Separate concepts for "service" and "targetResource?" (was RE : /service/@targetResource ?)

Please.  The mornings mail had 8 or 10 postings from one
poster and 4 to 6 from others.

This mail list is a shared resource that consumes time 
from everyone.  Please respect it!

1) think about and review your email before posting it

2) read all current threads before responding

3) when possible, conclude with suggested text or corrections to
	existing text.

4) when making assertions, please include citations
	this is useful both in following the disucssion but also
	for the record.
