RE: "Marchitecture" text for stack diagram

Attached is the revised text that incorporates the various suggestions.
Editors should probably remove, or make into Edtitors Notes, the stuff
inside [square brackets].

It still probably needs a bit more on how Management and Security crosscut
the other planes of the WSA.
