usage scenarios document

I still have no luck with the CVS access. Attached are the document in html
and XML.

Hugo, could you put the XML into the CVS for me this time?

The major changes are:

1. Moved use cases to the front.
2. Added use case citations to cited scenarios. Extensive links are created
from use case to scenarios and scenarios back to use cases. This clearly
shows that some scenarios are more "popular" than others. Some scenarios do
not have any links at all. Two possibilities here: one
is that those scenarios are not very useful. The other is that we may need
to write more and cite more in use cases.

I'd like to invite everyone to:

1. Review the usage scenarios document;
2. Vote scenarios to remove.
3. Contribute new scenarios. To contribute a scenario, you just need to
define it, and give
a short description. All contributions will be acknowledged.
4. Contribute simpler use cases. I am thinking of something like a printing
Web service.
