That's good, and I support its inclusion, but I wouldn't say that it replaces mine above because it's more general. If we agree that trying to hide application protocol semantics from Web services is one way of violating your requirement, then I think we should try and capture that now (before you change your mind 8-). Of course, this all depends on what the rest of the WG thinks about this little discussion.
