HP: AR004.1 and AR004.2 must be consistent. Are we concerned with web resources or web services? W3C: Shouldn't this be talking about Web services not Web resources? Comment from the Chair: See Hugo's comments in [1]. This may be something that a slight editorial tweak can resolve. It seems that the concern is w/r/t the term "web resource" which was changed from "web component". Possibly, the term we mean here is "Web Service architectural component"? Proposal: D-AR004.1 provide consistent definition of Web Services architectural components
