Summary:

AC007:

RTF added a new requirement to AC007 which refers to other goals
that are require to support reliability goals [1] based on text provided by
Hao
"Reliability of Web Service Architecture is enabled by
D-AC008,D-AC011,D-AR012.5 and D-AR012.7."
 
AC018: 
Decided to add a new requirement 
"WSA should enable a management model" - Hao will send a definition of
"management model" to RTF
Also, "Management interface to a Web Service may be a Web Service."

AC019:
Reworded D-AR019.1.2 to:
"WSA will enable the availability constraints of a Web Service to be known
to its customers"
Went over the comments on AC019 and discussed. Suresh will post the new
AC019.
Proposed "WSA will enable Service Level Agreements" - RTF thought that the
issue has not
received enough attention, and suggested to pursue it in the mailing list.

semantic behavior (Suresh)
