Chris, Sorry for the delay in responding, I was on vacation: Since the proposed 19.2 and 19.3 only have one sub-bullet each, why have the sub-bullets. Can 19.2 be simply restated as: D-AC019.2: A Web Service can be defined independent of its implementation. Can 19.3 be simply restated as: D-AC019.3: The Web Services Architecture will provide a well defined versioning scheme for Web Services, that is made available independent of the service.
