RE: Face-toface review draft of requirements document

Hi Daniel, Sharad, & Abbie,

Thanks for stitching up the texts.
It was no small feat for sure.

Here's my immediate feedback.  Since the current version is the
last prior to the upcoming F2F, let's treat the following as a
to-do reminder.

In the Section 2.2.2 Goals, subsection D-AG0006, the requirements
text doesn't belong there.  They should be in a subsection under
Section 3, Requirements.
