I'm not sure if you're joking or not.   I'm using 2099-12-31 as a
standin for the actual publication date, since we don't know it.  I
don't want to use a plausable date, lest it set inappropriate
expectations.   Maybe using @@NUMDATE (for 2004-02-nn) and
@@TEXTDATA (for nn February 2004) would be less confusing....
