I'm auditing our records for dissent, and I find: "RESOLUTION: All RDF/XML documents that are equivalent under the RDF Recommendation are equivalent OWL exchange documents ==> 14 in favor -- 3 opposed" -- http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/WebOnt/ftf2.html The record doesn't say who was opposed. Does whoever it was want to carry their dissent into our request for Candidate Rec/Proposed Rec? If so, you'll need to let me know who you are, and you'll have to write or help me find your argument. "A formal objection should include technical arguments and propose changes that would remove the dissenter's objection; these proposals may be vague or incomplete." -- http://www.w3.org/Consortium/Process-20010719/groups.html#WGVotes Unless somebody steps forward, I'm going to treat the "opposed" votes as abstentions or some other form of water-under-the-bridge-by-now. -- Dan Connolly, W3C http://www.w3.org/People/Connolly/
