I will be at an OMG meeting next week and anticipate difficulty in attending next week's telecon. Never the less, I wish to make NIST's position clear on moving to Last Call status. My proxy is below. ******************************************************************** I, Evan Wallace, as the representative from NIST to the W3C Web Ontology Working Group wish to indicate how NIST will vote on the question of moving the OWL Web Ontology Language working drafts to Last Call status. Should this question be put at the WebOnt telecon of 27 March 2003 when I am not in attendance, NIST's vote should be recorded in favor of moving to Last Call. Evan K.
