In response to my action item on a media type document, I have extracted the media type section from [1] and updated it to reference the latest *published versions* of the OWL documents. This document is consistent with the resolution on media types made at the December 12th telecon: Close Issue 5.13 by advising users in the documents that they can use: application/xml, application/rdf+xml, application/owl+xml. The included document has been returned to the format Jonathon originally used. I still plan to put it into a W3C format, but wanted to get this out for people to see before the telecon today. There are a few, mostly minor, issues concerning this draft. - the LC version of this should use LC version OWL references (some name and date changes needed). - acknowledgements section still needs filling in. - Jonathon is still listed as the author and contact for this media type. This seems appropriate. - This seems to have emulated the rdf+xml media registration [2] and thus includes a Social Context section. Knowing this still to be controversial, I left this section empty. There are two obvious alternatives however, a) delete the section or b) refer to the social context section in [2]. I have no preference.
