There is no very close anchor in the current editors draft of RDF Semantics, however #dtype_interp is close, and has the advantage of also occuring in the current published working draft. i.e. http://www.ihmc.us/users/phayes/RDF_Semant_Edit_append.html#dtype_interp (and scroll down about a page to find a purple box) or http://www.w3.org/TR/rdf-mt/#dtype_interp to get to text which has been rewritten I have requested a more precise anchor.
