WOWG: WEB-BASED STRAWPOLL on next steps - have your "vote" count

  As mentioned in last agenda and minutes, we are conducting a 
web-based strawpoll to see what people think about moving to PR v. CR 
as we close our issues list.  It is looking like we are close to 
this, so it is important we get a feel for where the group stands.

and click on answer - then let us know your choices.
  The strawpoll is open until midnight (ET) on Wednesday (July 9) but
