I do not know when and how this can be corrected,
but need to make the following comment.

Looking through Test, I noted that the changes 
that were made to make S&AS consistent
with the RDF Semantics document, also lead to
the need for a change in Test.

Test often speaks of a "datatype theory", which
should become "datatype map", throughout the document.
