Telecon for December 4th - proposal to cancel

WOWGers-
  Our request to be advanced to Proposed Recommendation [1] has been 
sent to the appropriate parties.  As you may recall from CR, we now 
go into a period where there is nothing for the WG (other than 
chairs, editors and team contacts) to do except await word.   In 
light of this, I propose we cancel the telecon of December 4th.  Next 
scheduled telecon is December 18th stay tuned for more info.
