Regarding: http://www.w3.org/2002/07/owl, it says, in an rdfs:comment, that "People that do import this file should expect their ontology to be an OWL Full ontology." Can we be a bit more definitive about that, i.e. "If this ontology is imported into another ontology, the resultant ontology will always be an OWL Full ontology." Were it says: "This file specifies in RDF Schema format the built-in classes and properties that together form the basis of the RDF/XML syntax of OWL Full, OWL DL and OWL Lite." How about: "This file is an RDF Schema representation of the RDF/XML syntax for OWL, such as can be described in RDF Schema. It is not a complete specification for the OWL language and in particular does not capture all of the syntactic constraints on the OWL Lite and DL subsets of the language." Jonathan
