pls fill out registration form by 21Jun, even to offer regrets

The kinks are mostly worked out of the
registration form; invited experts can register now.

The hosts and I are asking for a count by 21 Jun.

One kink remains: if there are multiple people
from the same member organization coming, you'll
have to use comments to indicate that.

At this point, I lack responses from:
   1. Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)
   2. Electricit de France
   3. Electronic Data System (EDS)
   4. Forschungszentrum Informatik (FZI)
   5. German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI) Gmbh
   6. Hewlett Packard Company
   7. IBM Corporation
   8. Intel Corporation
   9. Interoperability Technology Association for Information
Processing, Japan
  10. Ivis Group Limited
  11. LastMileServices, Inc.
  12. MITRE Corporation
  13. Network Inference
  14. Nisus, Inc.
  15. Philips Electronic N.V.
  16. Stilo Technology
  17. Sun Microsystems, Inc.
  18. Unicorn Solutions Inc.
  19. University of Bristol
  20. w3c_invited_experts (Borden)
  21. w3c_invited_experts (hayes)
