The motivation and abstract talk about "allowing greater machine readable content"; shouldn't that be "allowing greater machine UNDERSTANDABLE content"? (Actually, I'm not sure about "greater" - how about "more"?) Peter is right to point out that there still remain many problems with this document. It could do with a really thorough review from one or more members of the target audience - it is more or less impossible for people like Deb (and Peter and Me) not to lapse into the vernacular from time to time.
