Jim and I are opening the following issues for discsuion:

4.1 (UniqueProp is bad name)

This issue will be on the agenda for the Jul 11 telecon together with 
3.4 (UnambiguousProperty).

4.2 (Cardinality constructs levels)

This issue will be on the agenda for the Jul 11 telecon together with 
5.16 (Feature decision for compliance level 1: cardinality 
restrictions). The chairs will propose to resolve this in conformance 
with the Stanford ftf resolutions.

5.10 (DAML+OIL semantics ar too weak)

This issue will be on the agenda for the Jul 11 telecon together with 
5.10 (Semantic layering)
