the feature synopsis document has been updated
it is available from
http://www.ksl.stanford.edu/people/dlm/webont/OWLFeatureSynopsis.htm
and is attached here.

the main changes are incorporation of feedback from the july 1-2 face to

face meeting, which included among other things, standardization of term

usage across the three documents for release,
an expanded motivation (taken largely from expanding the abstract and
also working on changing the document from being an OWL Lite document to

being and OWL Lite and OWL document,
a rewritten cardinality section to only use the terms minCardinality,
maxCardinality, and cardinality,
and a number of other mostly public comments.
This author has responsibility for any remaining errors.  Many thanks go

to a number of reviewers and colleagues for comments including in
particular a recent extensive set by ian horrocks.
