XML presentation syntax Schemas for OWL Lite/DL/Full

Based on the discussion in the December 18 telecon [1],
I have created variations of XML Schemas for the OWL
sublanguages. The variations are defined on the basis
of the XML presentation syntax Schema [2].
The original XML Schema in itself was not changed,
but had been reconfigured for the adaptation to the
three sublanguages.

Attached are a documentation for the XML Schemas, and
a ZIP-ed archive of the Schemas.  The document could
be a draft Appendix on the XML Presentation Syntax
to be included in OWL Reference.
