TEST: xml entitites in test cases?

We could use XML entities for each of the namespace prefixes e.g. &owl;
&rdf; &rdfs; &xsd; ... and omit the entity declarations in the test document
(but not in the test cases themselves).

This would reduce the amount of ink needed to print the test cases and
reduce HP's profits :(

It would also make the tests fit better on A4/Letter paper.

Downside is that its another bit of XML that the reader has to be
comfortable with.
