I'm assuming this query would look for the value of DAV:resourcetype being
set to DAV:searcharbiter.  Or did you have something else in mind?

Just to be moot, this could be accomplished by looking at the OPTIONS
response, and seeing that SEARCH is there.  But, this would not allow you to
search for search arbiters.
