withdraw proposal to drop sortby from simplesearch

I withdraw this proposal, since there were objections to doing so.  As I
said, including it can't hurt except by adding to the size of the protocol
spec.

I was also mistaken about Verity.  It does support sorted results.  Thanks
to Rick Henderson  and Mary Holstege for correcting me.
