Re: [scxml] sixth WD of SCXML is published

This email is in response to Greg's request that we allow <initial> as a
child of <parallel>.  We have deferred this issue for consideration in a
future version of the specification.  It would certainly be possible to
do this, and  implementations are welcome to permit it as an extension.
However  it is not part of UML notation, and, as Greg noted in his
original email, it is possible to get the same effect by wrapping the
<parallel> element with a <state> containing an <initial>.
