The test sheet needs a do-nothing transition:
<transition event="conference.unjoined" state="ASSERTION_NMBR_859">
        </transition>

or assertion  #977 never runs.

The test does not account for the unjoined as a result of a previous 
<dialogterminate>
in the same assertion(#859).
