Default value for recordutterance property

Hi,
 
What is the default value of the new property "recordutterance" defined by
VoixeXML 2.1.
 
>From the spec, we understand that this can be set to true/false to
enable/disable recording user utterances respectively. Is the default value
platform-dependent?
