Voice XML Query

Hello All,

Did any of the Voice XML versions have a language element in the specification ? I am using Xerces XML Parser and Open VXI 's Voice XML Interpreter. In this interpreter, while parsing a VXML script it is looking for '
'language element' . I dont know what to include in the script
