Vocalocity's Implementation Report for VoiceXML 2.0

Attached is the VoiceXML 2.0 Implementation Report submitted by
Vocalocity, Inc. 

In an effort to assist in accelerating the IR process, we are submitting
an nearly complete report. There are approximately 89 tests out of the
total 606 tests, both required and optional, that are currently reported
as "failed" in this report.  A number of these reports have comments as
to the failure reason and others still require further verification in
our implementation.  We have found that the additional reports recently
added has taken longer to test, document and certify and that additional
time is required to fully complete this process.

We intend to resubmit an updated report in the next several weeks as we
complete the full report.
